I also had a beading bar set up using very beautiful silver and bronze beads, crystal beads, and cotton cord to make stunning bracelets. Prior to the event, I had handmade all the crystal charms using all sorts of findings - so that the kids could easily use them on their bracelets.

A Beautiful Event
I was priveleged to facilitate an extremely beautiful private event - about 40 children attended as well as a large crowd of adults, and the client chose beading and scrapbooking for the activities. The theme was farm/horseriding/gingham/sophisticated country/shabby chic.... and I was able to incorporate all of these elements into the personalised scrapbook by scanning the fabrics that the event designer used, and including these images in the designs I made for the scrapbook.

Turning 5 in style!
I did a party for a lucky little 5 year old girl... made a beautiful album on site for her - and tailor made the crafting activity to be age appropriate! The album was fairly complete before the event - apart from the photos, message cards and a few embellishments. We also offered beading on the day. In the pics are my wonderful helpers Sarit and Mimi (my daughter!).

Party Album
Here's another party I recently did with about 40 kids who each made a page for the gift album that was given to the 'party' girl. It's a wonderful collaborative activity which gets everyone involved and gets the creative juices flowing. I love putting these together - this time the girl chose green as her 'theme' - so green it was.
Chunky Book
It's nice when someone asks me to make a special gift for them to give a loved one. I feel honored that I get asked, and that what I do is valued and admired. Although at the end of the day, it's largely paper, glue, and a few odds and ends, these books are such a beautiful keepsake, and it's kind of cool to know that someone else is receiving something that I've made for them on behalf of someone else who can't make it for them but wants them to have it!
This is another recent order that I made for an aunt to give to her niece.

Customized Album
Just did another album at a large event.... this time the client wanted a red/black/cream theme.

I handmade and customized most of the embellishments. The client wanted something that would look classy and stand the test of time as well as representing her personality.

There was a lot of stitching (all the tags), stamping, and layering of different papers, and the overall album had quite a vintage feel.

The guests use the premade guest cards (all stitched, sized, precut, layered, and co-ordinated), and then add their own individual touch using all the prepared embellishments and message cards.

At the end of the party, the client was thrilled to get her beautiful album with photos and messages from all the (50+) guests.
